Made to order
Vessel & Co. products are printed just for you once you place an order. Because of this print-on-demand model, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
If something is wrong
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a clear manufacturing defect, we'll make it right with a free reprint or a refund.
To help us handle it quickly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (and, if more than one item is affected, a photo where all affected items are visible together)
In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged or defective item.
Requests made after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a reprint or refund.
What isn't covered
We can't offer free reprints or refunds for:
- Choosing the wrong size, color, or variant
- Changing your mind after receiving the product
- Small variations in print placement or color that are normal in production.
Wrong address or failed delivery
If an order can't be delivered because of an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or similar delivery issue, we can:
- Reprint and reship to a corrected address at your expense, or
- Offer a partial refund (usually for the product price only, excluding original shipping), depending on the case.
How to reach us
If you think your order qualifies for a reprint or refund, email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
