Shipping Policy

How it works

Every Vessel & Co. piece is made to order. Once you place an order, our print partner in the United States produces and ships your items directly to you.

Processing time

Most orders are printed and ready to ship within a few business days after you place them.

Shipping & delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery time:

• Standard shipping: typically around 2–5 business days after your order has shipped.

These timeframes are estimates. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be returned or marked as undeliverable.

In these cases, we can:

• Reprint and reship to a corrected address at your expense, or
• Offer a partial refund (usually for the product price only, excluding original shipping), depending on the situation.

If you believe your order is lost in transit, email us with your order number and we'll review it with our print partner.
